Privacy policy

PeptideMethods.com is published by Digital Compass Group Ltd ("we"). This page describes what limited data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
What we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. We do not run advertising, do not sell visitor data, and do not operate user accounts.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages are read, where visitors arrive from, and roughly how the site is used. GA4 sets cookies in your browser (typically _ga and one starting with _ga_) and sends pageview and event data to Google, which is the data processor. The data is aggregated and used by us only for editorial and product decisions. We do not use GA4 advertising features such as Google Signals, demographic reporting, or audience-list sharing.
Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). A site-wide consent banner is on our short list and will appear before the launch we make broadly public; if you visit us in the interim and would prefer not to be measured at all, browser-level controls (Do Not Track, content blockers such as uBlock Origin, or Google's own opt-out add-on) work as expected.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact editorial@peptidemethods.com.
